Appointment times are for constituents only. Documents delivered by couriers and apostille/authentication companies will not be processed by appointment. A drop box will be provided for documents delivered by courier/authentication companies. Documents left in the drop box will be returned via mail only; pick up is not available. You must provide a cover letter (hyperlink to cover letter) and self-addressed, pre-paid return mailer (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). The documents will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days and returned in the provided return mailer. Missing information/missing fees or improperly notarized/issued documents will result in documents being returned for correction. Rejection reason/s will be included with documents. You will not be contacted by phone or email if your documents are incorrect; documents will be returned by mail.
