Renew your Commission and you have not changed your name

If eligible, you may renew your commission online rather than submitting a notarized, paper application. You will still need to report to the court to take your oath and pick up your commission.

To be eligible to use the notary renewal application with an electronic signature (not notarized):

• Your notary commission expiration date cannot have been exceeded by more than 30 days.
• Your renewal name must be an exact match to the name on your current commission.
• You must pay online with a credit card at the time the application is entered and signed.

You must create a Notary Management account. The renewal link will become available once you have activated your account.
